CURE Compliance — Compliance and Understanding in Regulatory Evaluations — was founded by Maryanne Guirguis, a pharmacy compliance professional with over 15 years of direct, hands-on experience in the trenches of PBM audit response, regulatory investigation management, and pharmacy operations compliance.
Maryanne's background spans retail, specialty, and infusion pharmacy — including deep expertise in PBM systems such as Pioneer RX, ORX, and Capital RX — giving her an operational perspective that purely legal or administrative consultants simply don't have. She has worked directly with CVS Caremark, OptumRx, Express Scripts, Navitus, and Capital RX on hundreds of audits and appeal matters.
Based in Rancho Cucamonga, California, CURE Compliance serves pharmacies throughout the state navigating the increasingly complex landscape of PBM requirements, California Board of Pharmacy regulations, and government program rules — including the newly expanding area of in-office dispensing compliance.
